By utilising the same contractor to do refurbishment and structural works both above ground and below ground means time and cost savings are possible. Having a single point of contact for any changes is also beneficial to the whole scheme.
We have experience working with our clients architect and/or interior designers or can recommend architects and engineers that we have worked in conjunction with previously.
