Working as Senior Project Manager on two of the most prestigious projects in the Turks & Caicos Islands (T.C.I)

 The  $4.5m St Charles project on North Caicos came with a unique set of problems to overcome.

North Caicos although a large island was in fact very under developed and even the basic bare essentials had to be shipped in.

 The $47m Blue Haven project on Providenciales was a beachfront and marina complex with associated canal works allowing for the development of private dwellings on each of the two isles.

Although Provo, as it is known, is the most developed island in T.C.I the logistics of such a large development made this one of the more challenging projects. Competition on Island for labour and materials was high. This, along with an ambitious programme with stringent quality and cost controls needed careful planning and execution.
