What we Do
New House Build
We undertake the construction of new build property ranging from a single property to multiple dwelling sites.
We are fully conversant with all the latest building regulations and planning requirements.
You may have a design already or are looking for a complete design and build package. Whatever your requirements are we can accommodate your needs.
Working with local architects and engineers we can manage the whole process, including gaining the required planning and building consents.
We have the experience and skill set to undertake any project, with specialist experience in basements and swimming pools.
Home Extensions
Whatever your requirements Bohio Construction are here to help. If you love your current home or location, but need more space for a growing family; or just dreaming about extra living space, then a home extension may offer the ideal solution.
We will be with you from concept to completion. We can assist with whatever your project needs, be it a single storey side extension, or over the garage conversion. Perhaps a full-height rear extension, or even extensions with a basement – we have the experience and expertise to accommodate your needs.
Not only will a home extension significantly increase the value of your property it will undoubtedly improve your quality of life.
Project Management
Professional project management is vital for the success of any build. We will plan, manage, monitor and co-ordinate the entire construction phase.
Every project has a dedicated project manager who will be your on-site contact throughout the whole construction process.
The project manager is responsible for the delivery of the project, scheduling and supervising the works process with the site team.
We will meet you on site regularly to discuss the project and address any queries that you may have.
On completion of the project we will provide you with a demonstration of the fixtures and fittings and a handover folder which will contain any manuals plus your building control sign off certificate.
Commercial Property
At Bohio we understand that time is money and as such we do what we promise, when we promise. When you need work done within a schedule we work with you to ensure that your guidelines and budget are followed.
Whether you need industrial units or a school building extended, are looking to expand your office premises or are planning an extensive commercial refurb, we have the experience to complete your requirements.
We know you’ll want to move into your new or revamped building as soon as possible. As such, we’ll create a realistic schedule and keep to it, always giving your build management team regular updates along the way.

Construction Management

From beginning to end the purpose of CM is to control a project’s time / delivery, cost and quality.
We implement various operations through proper co-ordination and control, focusing on: planning, design, estimating and construction throughout the entire process.

ABOUT US
Andy Moody the founder of Bohio Construction began his career working with family members during school holidays on many prestigious buildings in Oxford and the surrounding areas.
Upon leaving school Andy joined a company deep in the Cotswolds as an apprentice joiner/cabinet maker spending the next four years learning the trade whilst working on some of the most historic buildings the region has to offer.
It was here that his passion for quality and detail was first ingrained.
Over the next three decades Andy’s experience grew, providing opportunity to work in Europe, the middle east and the Caribbean as a project manager. In the UK Andy has built a reputation which has seen him progress up to Construction Director with major volume developers.
The name Bohio is a reflection of Andys time in the Caribbean and originates from the natives of Hispaniola and the Caribbean islands meaning house or dwelling.
At Bohio Construction our aim is to ensure that our clients realise their visions. Our extensive experience, gained over four decades in the construction industry, alongside a holistic approach to the construction process ensures that we achieve positive results on every project.
